I will take the words
You never heard
And write them on your wall
You will read
And see
And later bleed
Knowing you should've called

Fading
I see you in the stars at night
That float above my bed
And through the light
So faintly bright
Your lessons flood my head
Hope
“I’m happy”
What a wonderful phrase
To both hear and say
Success
There is no affirmation
That my choices
Are advantageous
There’s really no fun
In certainty anyways
Love
Close your eyes
Breathe in as she fills the space
Around you
The voids within you
Deliverance was never
Her responsibility
But she does it so well
Uncontrollable
I didn’t have a choice
Tiny touches of hope
In your eyes
Slowly tilted and tugged
Drained and tired
Touch Me
I can feel
The tension
Balanced through
Bare skin
Translated through
A stare
Electrifying
Your skin on mine
Twisting as we’re graced
With a taste
Of revenge
Blind
Give me the reason
For why the skies
Fell with no sound
And while everything
Was falling apart
I wasn’t aware
The roof was crumbling
Until it was too late
Lust
Their greedy faces
Reaching for places
I can no longer locate
Covered
Broken is not pain
For pain does not
Touch me in pieces
It swallows me
At once and it is
Lacking depth and reason
